These classes are sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness. Offered 3 times a week the classes are perfect for the inspiring competitor or avid martial artist. 


Kids 3-5 years old 

Friday mid-morning we offer a little kids class, our unique fusion of fitness and fun that’ll have your heart pumping in no time. Among its many benefits, participating helps improve coordination, reaction time, and memory. Sign up now!


Kids 5 years old and up

Join us for this class and learn the fundamentals of Judo. These classes build a strong base for inspiring judoka from which one can transition into more advanced grades. They include the importance of balance and coordination with a focus on safety and enjoyment.
